01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pklik ("pklik", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pklik platform — including the website, mobile app, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pklik. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the pklik app on Android or iOS.

pklik operates as an online gaming and betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services provided by pklik are subject to these Terms, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

02 Eligibility

To register and use pklik, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pklik does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pklik employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pklik or any affiliated platform.

pklik reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, pklik may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By registering on pklik, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one pklik account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If pklik identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds forfeited.

When registering on pklik, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your pklik account settings promptly.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pklik login credentials.
• You must not share your pklik account with any other person.
• You must notify pklik support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• pklik will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, report it to pklik support immediately.

pklik reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Account registration on pklik is free and there are no fees associated with creating or maintaining an account.

04 Deposits and Payments

pklik accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. pklik does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is found to originate from a payment method not registered in your name, pklik may reverse the deposit and suspend your account pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum deposit: Subject to your account tier and any limits you have set in your responsible gaming settings.
• Deposits are credited to your pklik account balance in real time in most cases. In rare instances, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• pklik does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All transactions on pklik are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pklik is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider if you are transacting from a non-BDT account.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through your pklik account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. pklik does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Processing time: Typically within a few hours during normal operating hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed the following morning.
• pklik does not charge fees on standard withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• pklik may request identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold.

If your withdrawal request is declined, pklik support will notify you with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete identity verification, unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds, or a mismatch between your deposit and withdrawal methods.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

pklik offers a welcome bonus to new players and regular promotions to existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your pklik account as bonus funds, separate from your real money balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• pklik reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

07 Game Rules

Each game available on pklik is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any pklik game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game.

All pklik games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the pklik system. pklik does not alter game outcomes after they have been determined by the RNG.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the pklik system.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, pklik will void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved.
• pklik publishes return-to-player (RTP) figures for all game categories. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

pklik reserves the right to suspend any game at any time for maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory reasons. In such cases, all open bets will be settled according to the game rules applicable at the time the game was suspended.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pklik. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that interacts with pklik systems without human input.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in pklik games or systems for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a pklik account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Accessing pklik from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pklik staff or other players via any communication channel.

pklik monitors all account activity using automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. If prohibited conduct is detected, pklik will suspend the account, forfeit any associated funds, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

pklik reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

If your pklik account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, pklik will investigate the matter before making a final decision. During the investigation period, your account balance will be held and no withdrawals will be processed. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and your balance released.

If you wish to close your pklik account voluntarily, contact pklik support. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

10 Privacy and Data

pklik collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on pklik, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
